The Harold Farmer Scholarship – Florida

The Harold Farmer Scholarship is offered through the Florida City and County Management Association (FCCMA) and is awarded annually to one student who is pursuing a full-time degree in public administration or a closely related field at an accredited Florida institution. The scholarship includes a $5,000 financial award and an expense-paid trip to attend the FCCMA Annual Conference. The conference provides recipients the opportunity to engage with over 200 city and county managers and professionals, fostering meaningful networking and mentorship connections in the field of local government leadership. This scholarship is designed to support and recognize students committed to careers in public service and city management in the state of Florida.
